What ages are allowed?+
Children ages 5–12 only. Every child must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or adult 21+ at all times. Children under 5 are not permitted on the skate floor.
Can I drop off my child?+
No drop-offs permitted. Children must always be accompanied by a parent/guardian or adult 21 or older for the entire duration of their visit.
What if I arrive late to a session?+
Late arrivals will still pay the full session fee and skate only for the remaining session time.
Do I need to bring my own skates?+
Personal skates are allowed but must meet our requirements: no fiberglass/micro/small wheels, no adjustable or strap-on skates, toe stop or plug required.
Is there a snack bar at the rink?+
Yes! WOF has a snack bar serving snacks and refreshing cold drinks for purchase. All snacks must stay in the dining area — no eating on the skate floor. No gum chewing in the building. No outside food or beverages permitted — no exceptions.
What is the re-entry policy?+
Once you leave the building you must pay full price to re-enter.
Do I need to sign a waiver?+
Yes. A parent/guardian or adult 21+ must sign a waiver for each skater.
What is the dress code?+
No offensive language, images, or hate symbols.
