Cancellation Policy

THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY: THIS FACILITY IS CASH-FREE. Children between the ages of five and twelve can use the skating rink. No drop-offs: During skating sessions, children must always be accompanied by an adult who is at least 21 years old. For the duration of the skating session, skaters are required to wear their wristbands. For each skater, a parent, guardian, or anyone over 21 must sign a waiver. No loitering or "in and out" rights. You have to pay the entrance fee in order to reenter the building. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to individuals and groups. The following requirements must be met by skates: No fiberglass, micro, or small wheels. No adjustable or strap-on skates. You need a toe stop or plug if your plate has a toe stop slot. There are no bolts protruding from the wheels. When renting skates, socks are required. There are no bare feet. You may buy socks for $2. No careless skating, weaving in and out, playing tag, shoving, tripping, or skating in any way that could endanger other people's safety. Earphones are off-limits on the skating floor. It is not appropriate to enter or exit the building while wearing skates. Children should not be carried while wearing skates. (A fall could result in severe harm.) It's okay to dress casually as long as you're tidy. Printing on clothing must be tasteful. No offensive language, images, hate symbols, or intolerant comments will be permitted. No hoodies worn over-the-head while in the building. No Bags, Backpacks or purses are allowed on the skate floor. There are lockers down the side aisle for ____ every time you lock them. The rink is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Unless you have reserved a party room, you are not allowed to bring outside food or beverages inside the rink. Inside, we have a snack bar.
